Where are you based?
We're based in Pleasanton, CA and serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area. We're also happy to travel anywhere our clients need us. No event is too far.
What booth experiences do you offer?
We offer mirrorless camera-based photo booths, digital booths, and 360 photo booth experiences including the Legacy, Glam, Retro Lux, Soleil, and Lune booths. We also offer the Audio Guest Book add-on and event photography.
What's included in a package?
Depending on the booth experience, you'll receive digital photos, GIF files, MP4 video files, and printed photo strips. Every package is customizable to your event's brand and theme.
When should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you've decided to have a booth, especially during peak months (spring and fall). Popular dates fill up quickly so the earlier the better!
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on the booth. We can also arrange idle time where the booth is set up but not yet running so it doesn't disrupt your event flow.
What is turnaround time for galleries?
We typically provide your full image gallery within 24–48 hours of your event. You'll receive a shareable link to send to all your guests.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes - we are fully licensed and insured. We're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance if your venue requires one (most do, so always ask!).
Can I customize the print design and backdrop?
Absolutely. Today's booths allow full customization — add your logo, choose stylized prints, match the booth aesthetic to your event's brand. If you can dream it, we can make it happen.
CAn I customize my props?
Absolutely! We love to create bespoke events for our clients. Custom prop pricing varies depending on the type, quantity, and complexity of what you're looking to create. We'll go over all the details and provide clear pricing during your consultation. No surprises, ever. Your custom props are yours to keep. Take them home, display them, gift them. They're a fun keepsake long after the event is over.
