Gensler's annual holiday party was held at City View in downtown San Francisco. Located on the fourth floor of the iconic Metreon building, the venue has amazing floor to ceiling windows providing guests with unobstructed views of the San Francisco skyline with the MoMA at the front and center of it all. With close to 700 or so party revelers, Gensler took up the entire event space... all 20,000 square feet of the interior space alongside the expansive outdoor balcony.


This year's theme was black and white and red all over. The planners at Gensler subdivided all three event spaces for this effort. They took the first two event spaces and used it as a pre-function area where guests were welcomed as they walked into the space. About an hour into the party, they opened the remaining space and guests were welcomed into a red themed space as Hip Service welcomed people in as they sang hit songs from yesterday and today.


We provided our Legacy and Soleil booths for the evening and both were a huge hit! Our amazing booth ambassadors were busy from start to finish as the line never ended. It made the 5-hour event go by in a flash. To top things off, we also provided amazing custom props to compliment the theme for the evening. Thanks to our amazing propmaster for these incredible design creations! They were loved by everyone!


This year marks the first time we've provided our booths for this holiday affair. Gensler has been a long standing client dating back to 2007. We've provided both portrait and photo booth services at the annual Children's Holiday Parties for their local Bay Area offices. It was a real treat when we received the call to provide the booths as part of the evenings entertainment.
