It's 9.30am on December 28th, my phone buzzes as I receive an email lead from Tracey inquiring about our services for an upcoming regional event for her company. I was still in full holiday mode, enjoying the time off to be with my family but I knew that I had to respond to her inquiry as soon as I was able to do so. With a cup of coffee in hand, I started to write her a quote. Within the next 10 minutes, I was able to send her a quote and by 10:15am that morning, I had a signed agreement. Wow! Talk about efficiency! The only question Tracey asked me after I sent our quote was where to send the check! And with that, AppleOne was our client.
