A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...

So the story goes for Jackie and Philippe who tied the knot yesterday at The Old Homestead in historic "sugar town" Crockett, CA. In front of their closest friends and family, they exchanged their vows and became husband and wife.

The Old Homestead is a historic and beautiful wedding venue located in Crockett, California. Constructed in 1867, this extraordinary venue features majestic redwoods, a charming period home and a secluded garden perfect for intimate celebrations.

I met Jackie on Instagram. a few months ago. She posted a comment on a woodworker's Instagram page (Lebon Restorations) regarding a photo booth Justin had recently built. When Justin commented back that he didn't provide photo booth services, I responded that maybe we could help. Jackie reached out soon after in early June and after speaking on the phone, she booked our services almost immediately.

Jackie shared her thoughts about her wedding and the look they wanted - Vintage Old Hollywood but with Star Wars accents.

Guests were greeted by beautiful accents alongside Star Wars decor. Philippe even put together Star Wars helmets as center pieces around the bar tops during cocktail hour. Philippe is also a self declared nerd. He runs an amazing podcast which I just followed, with his partner James who I had a blast chatting with last night.

Here's a sample of Philippe's bio on their podcast called Distance Nerding.

Phillipe, “Yung Phil,” is a man on a mission to make nerding out more inclusive. As a former podcast writer, and producer on Hardly Heroes, he started to see a hole in podcast content that needed to be “Philled.” Instead of hyper-exclusive nerd communities, Phillipe just wants to know why people love what they love, and how he can get involved in nerding out on it, too. An Army Veteran and Voice Actor, Phillipe has been a closeted nerd since he was a child. Now, Phillipe can be found causing a ruckus on the show, giving anyone hype, and nerding out over Batman and Deadpool.

The booth was rockin' the entire evening and by the looks of the pullbacks and the sample images below, everyone had an AMAZING time which is always music to our ears. We hope you enjoy some of the craziness that always comes when using the booth.

Was there even any doubt that we wouldn't do the Vader Force choke? Happy that guys were all but great sports and did this sequence.

Congratulations once again Jackie and Philippe! The Force is strong with the both of you. Thank you for having us join the fun and festivities. Click here to take you to the galleries.
